Change begins within

Welcome to Within Saya,

I know what it’s like to feel anxious, to doubt yourself, and to overthink the things you said or did, because I’ve been there too.

When I was 11, my family and I immigrated to New Zealand from Bali, Indonesia and overnight, everything familiar was gone. My community, my culture, and even my language. Over time, I learned to cope on the outside, but internally carried sadness, guilt, and the constant feeling that I didn’t quite fit in.

As I grew older, those feelings turned into people pleasing, self-doubt and anxiety. I struggled to express myself and often felt like I couldn’t fully connect with anyone, not even myself.

Everything began to shift when I experienced hypnotherapy for the first time. In that session, I finally began to understand the root of those patterns. That understanding helped me believe that I could moved past those issues, and make the commitment to change.

That experience inspired me to become a hypnotherapist and create Within Saya Therapy.

Today, I help people reframe anxiety, self-doubt, and overthinking to feel calmer, more confident, and more aligned with themselves, so they can start living and feeling the way they truly want.

My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and non-judgmental. Most of all, I want you to feel safe, supported, and understood as you make this commitment for yourself.
